Come Fly with Us

Aerial yoga, also known as anti-gravity yoga, combines traditional yoga poses, pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock or silk fabric suspended from the ceiling. It offers a unique way to practice yoga by incorporating elements of acrobatics and aerial arts.

Benefits

  • Improved Flexibility: The hammock allows for deeper stretches and greater range of motion.

  • Strength Building: Engaging stabilizing muscles, especially in the core, arms, and legs.

  • Spinal Decompression: Inverted poses relieve pressure on the spine and enhance spinal health.

  • Enhanced Balance and Coordination: Challenging balance and promoting greater body awareness

  • Fun and Playful: The unique and playful nature of aerial yoga makes the practice enjoyable and uplifting.
