If you forget your mat, you can rent one for $5. *leave valuables at home, Raffa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

It's My First Time, What Do I Do?For Yoga Classes: You can view our full yoga schedule and book your first class directly—your Raffa account will be created during checkout. No need to create an account first! Just find the class that calls to you and we’ll walk you through the rest. For Spa & Therapeutic Services: Browse our Spa & Therapeutic calendar to explore available services and appointment times. When you book your session, you’ll also create your Raffa account in the same step—it’s quick, simple, and secure. Need help? Feel free to reach out to us or use the web chat—we’re happy to guide you through your first visit!

I downloaded the Momence app but can’t access my full profile or account — what should I do?The Momence app is great for quick tasks like booking classes, purchasing passes, or sending us a message. For full access to your account—including managing your membership, updating payment methods, and more—please use the Momence website. It’s mobile-friendly and offers a more complete view of your account.

Can I share yoga passes or my services with someone else?Yes! You are welcome to share any passes or services on your account with other guests. Call or ask the front desk to share one-time or link your accounts for multiple uses! If you'd like to transfer services or passes to another account, please contact managerraffa@gmail.com Exclusions: New to Yoga Package, Unlimited Yoga Memberships and Contracts

Do you have showers?Yes! For Urban Sweat Spa guests, we have showers stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. The changing room is also equipped with lockers to store your belongings, a hair dryer, mirrors, and benches.

Can I rent a towel or a yoga mat?Yes! We rent towels and yoga mats for $5 at the front desk.

How do I book a class, massage, or urban sweat for 2 people?For Yoga Classes: At this time, you cannot book multiple people for a class online. If you're attending with a friend or group, please give us a call and we’ll take care of it for you. For Spa & Therapeutic Appointments: Similarly, multiple appointments cannot be booked online. If you'd like to schedule services for more than one person, just call us and we’ll be happy to assist. New to Raffa? It’s helpful if each guest creates a Raffa account before calling—that way, we can get everyone scheduled smoothly!

How Do I Create an Account?Fill out the create your account form online. You can also set up an account by downloading the Momence app and adding Raffa Yoga & Urban Sweat Spa as a host!

Can I get an extension?Unfortunately, we do not offer an extension past their expiration dates. All classes, class cards, appointments, service credits, and workshop purchases have a 12-month expiration from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Unused credits will automatically expire after one year and cannot be extended or refunded. You can check on yoga class passes, packages, or services by going onto your Momence Customer Dashboard and then Packages to see how many classes or services you have remaining and the expiration date. We kindly ask that you only purchase if you’re able to commit to using all 10 classes within 365 days.

How do I use my giftcard?At this time, gift cards cannot be redeemed online through our booking system. To use a gift card for any Yoga, Urban Sweat, or Spa & Therapeutic services, please text or call us 401-288-3514 and we'll be happy to apply it to your booking!

How do I use my account credit?Any money credits on your account will automatically appear during checkout and can be applied to any service, class, or product. Just proceed with your booking, and you’ll see the option to use your available credit before completing your purchase. Need help applying your credit? Feel free to give us a call—we’re happy to assist you!

What Form of Payments Do You Accept?We offer the following payment methods for purchases made online or in person: Credit cards and digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay) — subject to a processing fee Debit cards / ACH checking accounts — no fee Cash — no fee You can upload one credit card and one ACH checking account to your Raffa profile for easy checkout.! Please note: Discover cards are not accepted.

Can I get a refund?We offer account credits for future use on any service at Raffa Life. We do not offer refunds to credit/debit cards.
