NEUROSOMATICS A floor based practice that promotes self-regulation through breath control and subtle motion.
RESTORATIVE + YIN Unwind tension in restorative asanas that prioritize purpose over pace.
TAI CHI / QIGONG Known for its slow and intentional movements that are paired with the force of breath.
MINDFUL YOGA This class to develop a yoga practice. Slower paced to help individuals connect their breath with movement.
KUNDALINI Kundalini combines pranayama (breath), mantra (sound), and asana (posture), to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glands, and enable us to harness the energy of the mind and emotions so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than be controlled by our thoughts and emotions.
THE PRACTICE Surya Namaskar - A disciplinary practice utilizing movement with breath, forming a tension line, that relaxes and energizes the body.
FORREST YOGA Practice to release emotional baggage and tension stored in your body. Hold the poses longer and breathe deeper.
RAFFA POWER / CORE This class moves you from physical challenge to physical change.
VINYASA Enjoy fluid, dynamic sequences that seamlessly transition from one pose to the next, purposefully designed to help you master challenging poses and rejuvenate you from the inside out.
INTRO / BEGINNER Aerial basics designed for those new to aerial practice.
RESTORATIVE Gentle aerial poses focused on relaxation and recovery.
AERIAL ABDOMINALS Aerial exercises targeting core strength and stability.
ALL LEVELS Aerial routines suitable for participants of any skill levels.
ADVANCED PERFORMANCE Challenging aerial moves for experienced practitioners.
YOGA STRETCH This class is focused on passive stretching, holding the asanas for a longer period of time, utilizing props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets.
GUIDED MEDITATION Emphasizes the activation of our parasympathetic nervous system, the rest and digest state. You will hold asanas for an extended period of time to release tightness in muscles.
